Description

The City of Richmond just fixed a non-city street light outside our house that has thankfully not worked for years. We live on a quiet neighborhood street and this light is much too bright and now shines on our property and literally makes it look like it is daytime. Please remove this light or significantly shade it so that we are able to sleep at night.
