Description

Citizen states there is a huge hole on the shoulder of the road near the mailbox. The hole is large enough to swallow a child. On the ground surface it looks small. Looking down into the hole it is large. A cone was placed in front of the hole 3 months ago. No one returned. The cone is no longer standing straight up.
