Description

Please please stop ignoring this request & marking DPU000009853 as completed. The field engineer stated back in July that the gas valve cover on Malvern Ave facing north near Monument Ave. needed to be replaced but it was never done & it keeps being marked as completed. The cover rattles any time a car hits it & is disruptive at night. Thank you !
