Description
About a month ago they starting repairing manholes; caller states there's a barrel that was placed but the repair work was finished on one side but the side that they had started repairing first wasn't finished. Caller states it needs to be filled in and completed she was told by a worker to keep a child from fallen in it. In the 3200 block On Sunset Lane
