There is a clog from the ditch which is washing the asphalt away from the caller's driveway; the ditch is across the street in the easement which overflows to the caller's house; when there is a heavy rain, the water flows backwards and not forward which flows over the caller's house; address 3115 Dorsett Road, Richmond, VA 23234, address entered incorrectly from the original request.
