Description

Good Morning, I am writing you as a new resident at the new Westlake Heights neighborhood off German School and Jahnke. This weekend, several cars were broken into, and one car was stolen from my neighborhood. There are several street lights that are already in place and have not been turned on by Richmond Public Utilities. The neighborhood is very dark at night. According to the builder, Ryan Homes, the street lights have been ready to be turned on for over 3 months. Please turn them on.
