Description

The pole is has been significantly torqued due to a tree branch growing/dying on the line. I will also report as a tree issue, but it seems the pole needs to be replaced which can happen at any time and as the pole may no longer be safe, it seems appropriate to report the issue to you. Pictures below show the torque.
