    M After inspection by both myself and D. Joyner it is determined that although the sub basin became inundated with ivy roots and debris it is actually the lateral from the main inlet stretching to the cross-street outfall. The lateral shall be jetted and request properly closed. Sub inlet was serviced during inspection.
