Description

Third or fourth time reporting this online (DPU 000009959) and via telephone. Major collapse of storm drain in front of 6 Iris Lane that is going to result in serious personal and/or vehicle damage if not addressed immediately. After phone call to public works city sent a gas or water person to inspect, who said he was the wrong inspector for this, but that he would contact correct inspector. But months go by and nothing done. Need someone to fix this right away!
