- Staff · June 2, 2022here was no smell as I was at this location. Ditch maintenance is needed to 4341 and at 4319 Angus Road, the mailbox is blocking the culvert that needs to be removed as I explained to the citizen, there is two different types of culverts in the driveway and may need to be replaced and ditch maintenance at 4319 Angus Road. Due to Covid- 19 a time frame cannot be given for work to be done.
