Storm water drain cover at the corner of Stratford and Westbrook has been tipped forward, leaving a wide opening adjacent to the sidewalk. Cover is still present but cannot be moved back into place due to weight.

M The casting needs to be reset at this location. I was able to make it safe, however it will need to be repaired. This location will be given to basin supervisor for work scheduling
