    M I have contacted the concerned citizen and explained the situation as to the particular inlet he has referred to. We will revisit the location in the week to follow.

    Caller phoned back in, states drains on 1600 block of N 19th St have had leaf blockage issues since October of 2020, has photographic evidence & will be complaining directly to DPU at City Hall regarding lack of drain cleaning

    M DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision are assigned to this location have, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high ressure hose and high pressure vacuum. The location total inlets were 3 which all inspected 3 of the 3 were cleaned for serviced. Roots,mud and leaves were found. Some roots were removed but was unable to clear the pipe.
