- Staff · January 13, 2021Problems on Whitehead were leaves in the ditch. It doesn’t appear to be leaves placed by anyone just an abundance of leaves in the public ROW that no one will take responsibility for. If Code Enforcement isnot citing for this reason, the next step is to have DPW vacuum this area and possibly all of Whitehead Road. Leaves were removed by D. Joyner due to blockages causing flooding on Dec.22, 2020. No additional work is required by DPU.
