Mrs. Brashier called and stated that at the corner of richdale and troy have, lots of homes that have culvert and most of them are crushed flat. lots of debris in the ditches. storm sewer at the end of the troy is overgrown and full of debris. Wate

    Problem Description: There is standing water in the ditch and not sure why, It started when COR came out out ditches.
