Description
Storm water inlet was damaged during tree removal many months ago and inlet was damaged and cover destroyed and removed. A sheet of plywood has been loosely covering ever since and sometimes is dislodged. This condition is a severe safety hazard, please address as soon as possible and make secure if a final repair is delayed. Thanks.
