Description

Stormwater drain in caller's basement flooded during rains on August 15th, caller estimates within 3 minutes a 600 sqft basement was covered with 1ft of water & had drained by next day.

    Due to the large amount of rain fall in a short period of time the system was at its full capacity and as a result it surcharged causing temporary issues. At this time this request will be closed
