Description
Storm drain closest to 3301 Park Ave was not repaired by Chenault when repair work was performed at this intersection. It still backs up and floods the intersection and sidewalk. A previous ticket was closed for this repair when their work was scheduled but they did not correct the problem.

- Staff · July 31, 2021M Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
