- Staff · September 17, 2020M D. Rivers spoke with citizen on September 17, 2020. Based on comments this is not a request for missing manhole top nor a request to located the water main. Ms. Morgan has work being performed at 1272Broad Rock Blvd; her plumber could not locate the water meter to turn off the water supply. Citizen advised that the initial request will be updated and closed that is in error. Request email to DPU Customer Service Dispatch and call placed as well to create a ticket to locate meter for customer.
