DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision are assigned to this location have, crew clean location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high ressure hose and high pressure vacuum.The location total inlets were 4 which all inspected 3 of the 4 were cleaned for serviced. Roots,mud and leaves were found.

M PipeVision Personnel C. Morrision recommend CCTV due to multiple passess in attempted to clean the lateral pipe fail. Morrison stated utility pole need the pipe may be effect the flow of water at thislocation. Father investigate will be need to determine if basin that is in question is active or not.
