    Correction address is Commonwealth & Leonard Parkway, and Commonwealth & W. Franklin St. At Commonwealth & Leonard Parkway changed 250 watt on lamp #11522 and repaired lamp leads. At Commonwealth and W. Franklin St. changed 250 watt on lamp #9012. All work was completed by KJ/DJ on 09/03/20.
