Second request: Inspector missed real problem by looking about 100 ft. South of it (DPU000010219) Now has white paint cross on sunken piece of roadway in south bound Meadow ST. lane outer wheel track not center of roadway.

    checked this location and there is a depression in the street at 506 N Meadow St. this location needs to be cut out and back filled. this location will need to go street maintenance for repairs
