- Staff · May 11, 2021M I have contacted and spoke with the citizen, Wanda Lindsey. The issue is a cross road pipe at the intersection adjacent to the "Incident Information" address. Although there is no hole in the road the citizen states there is an ever deepening dip developing in the road over the mentioned cross road pipe stretching it's length.
