As there are no storm inlets in this area this is likely related to a driveway pipe or nearby crossroad pipe. I will change the "Description" from "Damaged Basin" to "Storm Drain Problem".

M I have contacted and spoke with the citizen, Wanda Lindsey. The issue is a cross road pipe at the intersection adjacent to the "Incident Information" address. Although there is no hole in the road the citizen states there is an ever deepening dip developing in the road over the mentioned cross road pipe stretching it's length.

he cross the road culvert was replaced on 1/26/2022. The dip was removed from the road way.
