  Citizen states there is a storm drain in the back of the property; on the property he would like to be assessed; he states he had a contractor come out regarding water line and states too much water is flowing into the city's storm drain; states a city worker; briefly looked at drain; requested for him to put in request; citizen requests to please call before they come out he would like to be there at time of assessment

  Per Crew Chief, N. Sumpter stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
