When heavy rain hit around the Aug 15, several neighbors basement flooded. is City doing anything proactively to address whether the storm drain lines are cleared.

System surcharged causing issues with a few homes in the area. The catch basins at the corner needs to be cleaned to allow for proper storm water run off. This request will be given to basin supervisor forwork scheduling

completed 1/25/2021....Per N. Sumpter/W. Mayo serviced this request was completed, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. 3 inlets inspected and cleaned of leaves and roots
