Description
Cary Street and Hamilton Avenue intersection, blocked/low storm drains along Hamilton Avenue. Ponding water during heavy rain, issue brought up several times, several calls to assess and repair drain and collapsing sidewalk/drain installed by City at residence. No progress or resolution in several years. Please address. Homeowner is tempted to rebuild sidewalk himself, and charge City.
