- Staff · August 27, 2020investigation into this request found no missing manhole top, a small cavitation beside the telephone pole that needs to be filled in. A water leak was also spotted at this corner in front of 819 that Waterdistribution was notified on. Street lights was notified of the cavitation near the pole. Street Cleaning will need to clean the street as it is a small build up near the wheel chair area
