There is a ditch that runs in the rear between Hajoca Plumbing supplies and W.O. Grubb crane rentals. The ditch has chopped up wood, leaves and would need to be graded so water can flow in the rear left corner behind Hajoca. There is a fence dividing the two properties that’s trapping leaves and debris and is holding water. This location needs to be investigated further for easements.
