Description
Last rain citizen back yard flooded city engineers came over look at it and citizen was told they are working on a plan to correct issue. Since they there i a barricade made of dirt next door right behind citizen home asking is this from the city

There is no city infrastructure to maintain or install. The landis sloped towards the back of this property in question. There is no assets to correct or maintain. This request shall be closed to DPU.
