citizen fell and trip and hurt herself the sidewalk and new lamp are all same color citizen fell in to the street citizen is asking that something be placed on new lighting neon or some to distinguished light and sidewalk

    Per investigation on 08/25/20 sidewalk and light are different color. The new ornamental lights that are installed have not been energized yet. Waiting for Dominion Energy to provide services per M.Frazier
