Description

This is a continuation of Request: DPU000009358 from June 2020. This hole is getting larger and more asphalt is caving in. The metal pipe under the culvert has disintegrated and needs to be replaced along with then fixing the asphalt to stop more cave-ins. Pieces of the metal pipe are coming up with the large volume of water running in the ditch. This hole is getting larger and larger and needs attention. I have added another picture with this updated request for service.
