Description
when citizen move into home backyard was wet continuously. citizen dug whole side of yard near 703 property the hole immediately filed with water. contacted city DPU sent out inspector he said he did see anything but citizen stated he did let him

- System · August 18, 2020show him the area. citizen notice the water in hole. citizen dug a French drain for one side property to the other . it stay full of water. currently with the heavy rains the water has been a river coming through the citizen yard. . while building two new homes in the area water always appear when they dug into the ground. in the last week. the street was dug up to re route the storm water pipes. citizen went looked in the hole and the water is running outside of pipes towards citizen home. this is independent of the pipes. . citizen would like to send in photos of problem
