Description

Storm debris, sand/soil, etc. has dramatically clogged our ditch (which is downhill to numerous neighbors) so that water is now diverted to the street and floods with high rainfall amounts.

    drive way pipe needs to cleaned and ditch needs dipped out and asphalt replaced it is broken in ditch line need to dip out flow of ditch about 75 feet from driveway.
