Description

Flooding problem behind 4412 Stonewall Ave and nearby prop. caused by stormwater rushing off parking lot at 4403 Forest Hill Ave. (Envoy of Richmond). Drain designed to carry this water is not functioning properly.

    Request will be relay to Field Supervisor for assessment please allow time 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment.

    After studying this request it is found there are no storm inlets in the area, private or otherwise. If there is an issue it must be that of a roadside ditch. This request should therefore be dispatch to the stormwater Ditch Crew.

    I have spoken with Mr. Glenn about this matter and this is not a maintenance issue. This request needs to go to Capital projects to resolve this issue.
