Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment. Also request will be elevate as the location still has an ongoing issue.

    Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, claims no DPU employees have come out to perform the assessments as stated in previous comments & that ditches for surrounding properties also have issues with flooding due to lack of cleanout.

    Citizen states that her ditch is clogged; she put in a request; no one has come to clean the ditch; water is at the top of ditch and about to go into her yard; has called numerous times and nothing has been done; there are several comments on this request; sent email to supervisor for escalation

    I spoke with the citizen the ditch will be worked on between 90 to 120 days when the conditions are better because the ditches are very wet.

    The Storm water Drainage improvement project that was started in the winter of 2022 and January 2023 will address these concerns within this drainage complaint. New Drainage improvements and modifications to the drainage networks will facilitate corrections in the storm water conveyance during rain events. This request shall be closed being the work has started for this project in January 2023 and will be completed by May 2023.
