Inlet clogged street flooding, blocked and covered sidewalk ramp. This inlet is on the south side of Westbrook Ave (southwest corner) at the intersection with E Seminary Ave.

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. The location total inlets were 6 which all inspected 2 of the 6 were cleaned for serviced. Trash,mud and leaves were found.
