Description
Curbing storm drain at 3614 -3616 Seminary Avenue is clogged, in heavy rains floods street, flows across to other side of street. The drain pipe from the west side was dug up , replaced years ago but it still stays clogged and floods street.

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. The location total inlets were 5 which all inspected 1 of the 5 were cleaned for serviced. Trash,mud and leaves were found.
