- System · September 29, 2020Caller phoned back in to follow up, stated that the issue has been ongoing & that sludge and dirt continues to build up along side of house next to the road. Caller had sewer cleanout done March 9th of 2020, since then caller & husband have shoveled 6 bags of sludge out of the problem area. Caller estimates the sludge is collected in the pipe that was cleaned out, which caller cannot get to (too heavy for them to remove), & that water sits there all the time now & does not drain.
- System · September 29, 2020Caller provided photos of the issue that can be seen on ticket # DPW000061493
