Description

Storm water drain is completely blocked by tree roots and asphalt debris due to a recent resurfacing. Nearby tree has also lifted sidewalk concrete significantly. Drain is at the south eastern corner of Malvern Ave at Wythe Ave.

Crew clean location with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum . this location had 3 of 4 that were inspected for clean and service. 3 of 4 needs service and cleaning. Trash, heavy root issue location was treated for root issue
