Description

Storm drain clogs with every heavy rain. Measured 8 inches H20 with yardstick in my backyard & alley. Trash & recycle cans floated away in alley.

    Per D. Joyner the customer stopped him as he was cleaning another location and advised him of the issue behind her property. Debris was removed from grate to improve water flow to this location.
