Need to check a service request status #DPU000009567 advised request was forwarded over to the stormwater division; a hole is near the storm drain...Caller is concern that kids are playing near this hole.

    Follow Up- The hole is getting bigger. Citizen is concerned that the small children in the area will fall into the hole.

    calling to check on the status, also stated the hole is bigger now, would like to know a time frame , to when this will be fix

    A round 6' hole has developed next to the locations storm drain. the inlet structure is sound however further investigation will be warranted. The large hole has been filled with gravel pending repair. Itis no longer a safety hazard.

    It has been 4 months since the cavitation was inspected, filled, and tamped. The included photo shows no change or degradation of media used to resolve issue. This r5equest shall be closed with no furtherissues.
