Description
There is a really bad issue with standing water in my yard as well as my two neighbors on my right and left. The water builds up in the back of our yards up to the alley. The alley has been built up with gravel for so many years that it blocks in the storm water and causes a really back drainage issue because there is no downfall for the water to drain to. This is also crating a mosquito problem.
