Description

I've reported this before so not sure why it hasn't or can't be addressed. The culvert that feeds rainwater downhill off our street is collapsed. It was like that when I moved in 8 years ago. We clean it as best as we can but it is collapsed.

    M The cross the road culvert was bent and blocked with leaves. I removed the leaves and cut open the inlet side of the culvert.
