- Staff · April 17, 2021M The ditches on the odd side is asphalt and needs to be cleaned and the ditches on the even side are earth ditches and needs to be cut open. The citizen at 6118 needs to be contacted because the ditch is filled in and they need to be in understanding that the ditch needs to be cut before work is started. The ditches will be cleaned when the ground conditions are dry.
