Description
There is a lot of standing water in my back yard and the two neighbors on both sides of my house as well. When it rains, rain water collects and floods our yards that back up to the alley. The alley has been built up with gravel over the years, allowing no down hill drainage and for flooding our yards. Please have someone come out to assess this issue as it is very problematic for myself and my neighbors.
