Description
Resident states that the ditch along the front of his property is too shallow for collecting stormwater runoff. The water overwhelms the ditch & flows across property, quickly flooding the culvert going beneath his driveway which needs cleaning.

We will note the comments in the system of CW, but these types of conditions will happen from time to time and present no threats to property etc, as they typically clear themselves before we can respond for correction. Outside of the leaves and debris in the pipe, the homeowner should be policing the ditches and open ends of his driveway culvert.
