Description

When work crew graded and chipped the alley behind the house, they left a low spot in the alley that causes storm water run off from the entire block to drain into the yards of 503 N 31st St and 505. Recent storms have flooded our house as a result. Please grade the alley to run into the street and not to pool into my yard.
