Description

There is an area next to the side of a Birches apartment building that experiences flooding every time it rains. Across the street from 1839 Thomas Street. It is located at the intersection of Cecil Rd and Thomas Street. This area continues to flood. Please provide a status update. This area continues to be a problem. The issue was reported last August. How soon will it be addressed?
