Description

The drain in the alley behind our house is clogged and I'm unable to unclog it. Our backyard is starting to flood with the rain from the hurricane

    investigation into this request found no drainage structure to maintain, however it appears to be a small pipe that was placed behind the property to possibly drain the area behind the home. This location will be revisited later once the water has drained
