Description

Citizen water main water line broke and came city came out to repair . in the process the damage the storm drain ditch located at citizen home. he would like to have the ditch fixed before the storm that is coming if possible today

    PU Storm Water Personnel (T. Hite) assess this location on 8/3/2020: Comments from T. Hite: This location was visited today along with placing a call to the customer. A water main repair was made over the weekend and as a result a small amount of area In the yard was disturbed in order to make the repairs. The ditch needs only minor repairs and will not cause any issue with the expected rainfall. The customer is ok with the assessment and has my number if anything changes. Action: Request assigned to D. Joyner, Supervisor to complete.

    nvestigation into this request found Water Distribution made repairs to a water main break over the weekend and as a result a small amount of ditch repair is needed. I spoke with the home owner to advise himthat he should not have any issues with the up coming rain that is expected. he was advised to give me a call if he has any concerns
