Description

I live at the corner of Honaker Avenue at Stuart Avenue - at 6700 Stuart Avenue. I can frequently smell the sewer from my front porch and also inside my home. It makes me nauseous at times, it is that potent. In addition, the surface along Honaker is in horrible condition - there are potholes, rough patching, and metal plate coverings everywhere - including new this week, a sink hole that is simply marked with a hazard cone. It's large and deep enough that a human being could fall into it. How dangerous is this? I think all of these problems are interrelated - a failure to maintain the sewer and road surfaces near my home. Please address! This is an embarrassment to the City of Richmond.

    this location has been checked and there is a cave in . city crew put down a steel plate over the cave in on 8/7/20. this location will need to be dye tested & CCTV
